Philip LaTessa, President and owner, believes that giving back to the community strengthens the community and the company.  His vision of giving was made bigger and stronger by Weichert First Residential staff and Agents who formalized a system of giving back to the community.  At Weichert, First Residential we work hard at what we do and we believe that we are the best Real Estate firm in the area.  We're made up of individuals with varied backgrounds - from teachers, to law enforcement, to private business owners - who all became Realtors.  As Realtors and staff working for Weichert First Residential, we know that giving back to our community helps strengthen our community.   This is the principal that Philip LaTessa set up as the framework of who we are at Weichert First Residential.   We all contribute funds towards various good causes in the community - from feeding poor to painting the homes of those who need that assistance but can not afford to do so - as our way to show that we, at Weichert First Residential.....care.....
